Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 April 2026 · Nidra-N3 Ltd (“Nidra”, “we”, “us”).
This Cookie Policy is for Nidra users: it describes cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) on Nidra’s public web pages you may open in a browser, and how that fits with the Nidra mobile apps and api.nidra.io. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, understand usage, or support security. “Similar technologies” include web storage APIs and scripts that store identifiers in your browser.
2. How we use cookies on Nidra web pages
Nidra’s marketing and support pages are served as static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We do not use first-party advertising cookies on those pages for ad targeting. Functionality includes:
- Strictly necessary / functional (browser-controlled): your browser may cache assets (HTML, CSS, JS) to load pages faster. This is standard browser behaviour.
- Forms and API calls: when you use the waitlist signup in the footer or the contact form on the FAQs page, your browser sends the data you enter to our backend API (api.nidra.io) over HTTPS. That submission is governed by our Privacy Policy; it does not rely on long-lived advertising cookies for basic operation.
- Fonts: we load typography from Google Fonts. Google may receive technical data such as IP address and User-Agent as part of that request. See Google’s privacy documentation for details.
3. Nidra mobile apps
The Nidra apps do not use browser cookies, but do use local storage on your device (for example JWT access and refresh tokens after sign-in), push notification identifiers (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging), and platform analytics or crash reporting if enabled in your build. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and in-app notices where we show them.
4. India: transparency and consent
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Data Fiduciaries are expected to provide clear information about personal data processing. Where cookies or similar identifiers involve personal data (for example if we deploy analytics or personalisation cookies that identify you), we will present appropriate notice and, where required, obtain free, specific, informed, unconditional, and clear consent before non-essential processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, using mechanisms comparable in ease to how consent was given, subject to legal exceptions.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies can affect how websites look or work. Use your browser’s help section for steps (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
6. Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals. We do not respond to DNT headers in a uniform way today; Nidra web pages are not designed for cross-site ad tracking.
7. Changes
If we introduce new cookies or similar technologies (for example analytics, A/B testing, or embedded widgets), we will update this Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or consent prompts.
8. Contact
